How it works
It’s Personal
I aim to get to know my clients such that I can provide more than they ask, at the best value available and with the minimum effort (on their part). Data searches are useful to an extent, but personal connections are the way I achieve the best solutions.
It’s Unique
Having agreed an outline itinerary with my client, I then look for the extras. I connect with my trusted network of hundreds of travel consultants, I call companies and suppliers personally and discuss the potential for extras, upgrades, and further discounts. I have access to unique offers and pricing that isn’t available to most people, because I pay for this privilege. There is no cost to the client for the work I put in, I get paid a commission on bookings.
It’s Simple
The process starts with a simple form, which may include a general idea or a specific requirement. We will have a discussion on the details - scope, timing, special needs, budget - and then I will create a proposal. As our relationship develops, it gets easier and quicker. A client once asked me, “please can I have a trip like the last one, but in Italy, first week in September”. That was the only communication we had until they happily accepted my proposal.
