ATOL protection is on some (but not all) Flight-based Packages, Flight-Only Deals and Fly-Cruises.

ABTA protects holidays such that if a provider goes out of business then the traveller’s money is refunded.

Most, but not all, providers are protected by ATOL and ABTA. In any event, it is wise to ensure that appropriate travel insurance is in place.

Yes, but I belong to a network of thousands of like-minded advisors, each with their own specialist expertise. I will use that network to get the best collective knowledge and personal contacts. If I feel I have insufficient time to do justice to a client’s needs, I will recommend another advisor in my network. I will always prioritise regular clients.

This depends on the terms of the provider and specific trip that I arrange. The booking is not direct with me. Most of the time I can arrange cancellation terms to suit.
